This 8-Week-Course is designed to lead you through a transformational journey, one step at a time.

It consists of a structured course where we meet via zoom twice per week. One meeting each week will be for teaching and one for hypnotherapy. Through the hypnotherapy sessions, you’ll find calm, clarity, and the inner safety needed to truly move forward.

When nothing else has worked, safety changes everything.

Week 1 – Anchored in Awareness
Week 2 – Releasing Old Weight

Begin by calming the waters and noticing the unconscious patterns keeping you stuck. This is your starting point—where stillness reveals what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Let go of what no longer serves. Old beliefs, reactions, and survival strategies get gently loosened here—like cutting loose a dragging anchor.

Week 3 – Reclaiming Yourself
Week 4 – Calm the Inner Storm

Begin steering your own ship again. Learn to recognize the difference between conditioned response and inner truth.

This is where emotional regulation deepens. You’ll work with the subconscious layers of fear, shame, or overwhelm and create safety from within.

Week 5 – Restoring Self-Trust
Week 6 – Claiming Confidence

Guilt, doubt, and second-guessing get addressed here. You’ll re-establish trust in your own perceptions and choices—one quiet shift at a time.

You’re no longer stuck in reaction. This module focuses on creating a sense of calm ownership over your life, even when the seas are unpredictable.

Week 7 – Returning to Wholeness
Week 8 – Being Your Own Light

Old parts of you that once protected you are welcomed back with compassion. Integration happens. You begin to feel whole, not broken.

You close the program by anchoring in your own clarity. You’ve shifted. You’re steady. You don’t need to be fixed—you’ve just come home.
