Kristen Beck

**Kristen Beck, CHt BCH**
Certified Hypnotherapist | Founder of HypnoHarbor

For most of her life, Kristen Beck lived in survival mode.

Years of autoimmune illness left her depleted, disabled, and stuck in a body that wouldn’t cooperate. Doctors gave her medications that never solved the root problem. She tried everything she could find—yet nothing brought lasting relief.

Then she discovered the power of the subconscious.

As Kristen learned more about meditation and self-hypnosis, she noticed something quietly life-changing. Her symptoms softened. Her mind calmed. Little by little, she began to live again—not just get through the day.

That experience led her to study hypnotherapy at a professional level. She trained extensively, earning certifications in both 5-PATH® and NGH hypnotherapy methods. She became a Board Certified Hypnotist because she wanted to help others find the same relief she wished she’d found sooner.

Today, Kristen runs **HypnoHarbor**, a calm space for people who feel stuck in long-term cycles—whether that’s chronic pain, overthinking, or emotional overwhelm. Her specialty is helping clients work with the *whole system*—mind, body, and subconscious—not just masking symptoms.

Clients often say,
*"I’ve tried everything, and nothing worked—until this."*

Kristen’s approach is gentle, practical, and deeply human. She knows how it feels to wonder, *“Is this just who I am now?”*
Her work helps people change that story.

Through private sessions, calming audios, and her podcast **Currently Capsized**, Kristen guides people toward lasting inner change. She believes you don’t have to fight yourself to get better. You just need the right tools to feel safe letting go.

Her core message is simple:
**Relief is possible. The whole you can heal.**
